Default Lowering a tdci???

Thinking of lowering my TDCI there is a bloke selling TDCI lowered springs on eBay 30-35mm.http://cgi.ebay.com.au/Ford-Focus-TD...item2c51005736 I already have the XR5 rims, is there anything else I need to do???? The bloke at ford said that doing all this will void my suspension warranty??

yes it would void your suspension warranty. but they would have to prove it is the new springs which caused something wrong (if anythihng did happen)

Have we not suggested in past postings that lowering requires new rear wheel alignment and may necessiate a camber kit?

You'll just need a wheel alignment once the springs have been fitted.

And I think only lowering beyond a certain level will cause camber problems.

I recall that there's an Eibach kit that's approved by Ford and shouldn't affect your warranty.

I'm 99.9% sure that's in the UK only.
