Default Dash Lights gone/ Delay switch

Hi
I have just purchased an AU3Fairmont that doesn't have an owners manual.
last night the dash lights didn't come on when i turned the headlights on and the Delay switch started beeping.....
Not sure if it's a related problem and I'm thinking it might just be a fuse but can't find a fuse diagram anywhere to check....

Any ideas... Thanks in advance.

I bought a haynes repair manual from Auto1 for $40. You can get a test light and check both sides of the fuses to find a blown one.

Thanks Beer Baron

Had it looked at and it turned out to be a short in the wiring for the licence plate lighting. Blows the fuse at completely random times. The fuse looks after the parking lights and dash lights.
