Honda fitted dual clutch automatics to some Civics prior to 2009. 8th generation ones so I am told. It was called Ishift and is a thing to avoid. Again they went back to TC boxes because of the problems.
Even their torque converter boxes were crap anyway, the ones behind the Accord Euro kept crapping out under warranty because of the 'increased torque' from the K24 over the 2L K20.
