Sure, all sports have players that dive. Its just far, far more obvious in soccer. It really is turning the game into a bit of a joke. Plenty of skill and a great spectacle, but I cant watch it long term due to all this sort of thing.
Its the same as half the free kicks. A player will run through and if the defender even bumps him a little suddenly his legs stop running and down he goes. Not entertaining to watch this behaviour in my opinion.
