Default Clear Tailights on ED????

does any1 know where i can get clear tailights for and ED?
i want the brake light to be red and the bottom section to be clear?
anyone know where i can get that sort of combo and how much will it cost?

Apparently you can do it yourself, I'm tempted to buy a pair off ebay at 20 bucks a pop and give it a go.

Only trouble is whether I can remove the orange from the boot garnish of the monty.

I'd only want to remove the orange and leave the red, thats hot hot hot.

Can it be done though?

it can be done u have to paint the inner panel on the garnish and u use heat to sofen the glue on the outter lenses

I think InitialD did that. It looked good. He's not on the forums much these days though.

ok guys thanks im mainly a mechanical sorta guy so im not that comfortable with srewin round with the tialights n bodywork however i may be able to get a friend who can thanks 4 the help. but has anyone seen an aftermarket set?

ive got the taillights from ebay that are sold in ozeparts but they are only for ea but i managed to fit them into my ed buy cutting where the insert fits

ok iv had a look at the ozeparts website they have a set but they say its 4 off road use only. does anyone have any idea how hard it would be to get these checked out and given the all clear?

red reflectors

this topic has been cover'd a bit do asearch im sure you'l find the info you need

but yer i got custom rear EB-D tail light's i did it myself

quoting about the tailights been for off road use only...well thats what the can of niteshade says too!!im not too worried. as long as there visible it shouldnt matter.
