Default Just became a Dad!!

Well, my son came into the world yesterday evening at 6.17pm and I'm on top of the world!

Nice uncomplicated labour for Clare, and she managed it without any drugs (other than the gas), which was incredible of her - I'm so impressed. Everything went perfectly; there were no problems whatsoever, Mum and bub are both a-OK.

Here's a couple of pics of Oliver when he was but an hour old.

Congrats on the addition, You bring me back memories.

Twas only 19months ago that i first strapped in the baby seat into the XC.
I'm sure you will be doing the same soon if not already

My daughter came home in style in the XC and she still prefers it to the AU, haha...

Yeah, he's had a good go at cultivating them in utero but he's clearly lacking in direction. Never fear - Dad will show him the way!

Thanks for the well-wishes everyone!

You're absolutely right - she did all the hard work last night, and I'm very proud of her. Natural birth too - no drugs other than oxygen/nitrous mix!
