Default Dyno Sheet - what does it mean?

So here is a photo of a dyno sheet from a run I did a few months back. Peak rkw's was 112, but what’s the N on the right of the sheet mean? Is this a measurement of torque? If so how do I convert to NM?

Divide it by 10 for torque in that gear and back wheels.

I don't get it, divide it by ten equals 400.5NM at the tyres. It's got a lot down low but I doubt this is right can anybody shed some light on this

Stav, can you explain how dividing by 10 will convert Newtons to Newton Metres? What do you know that we dont..?

I was given that information by dyno operators.I asked the same question and the answer was exactly what I stated. In first gear the car will make more torque at the back wheels.Your car will accelerate harder in first with more torque. In second it will make less but more than 3rd.
It looks to me that the run was done in second gear and you netted a high torque figure . . To measure true engine torque though the engine must be removed and coupled to an engine dyno.

Stockoau ,the car does have 400nm in whichever gear that the run was done it. What gear was it done in?

It was done in second, don't ask me why I thought it would have been done in third being an auto. I didn't think it was that simple working out torque, it seems to be a bit more then some other cars here acording to their sheets, and its had bugger all done to it at this stage.

Thats fine mate. Sometimes dyno operators prefer second gear runs as the can load up the dyno with the tyres easier. Second gear is getting the engine torque and the gear multiplier is giving the torque figure.I am fairly sure I am right in this .

keep in mind that the figure you are getting.. is torque at the wheels.. and not at the engine...

from memory... what you will find in dyno readings.. is that power figures are lower at the tyres then at the engine.. but with torque it is the opposite because of the gearings... so with torque.. the figure will be higher at the wheels then it is at the motor....

Only an engine dyno can verify motor torque.

there are calculation using the tractive effort figure from the dyno.. but you need to know the gearing and wheel diameter and all that stuff.. and i don't know the formula anywayz.. heh
