Default what details should you get for insurance purposes if you crash in qld?

Number plate
name
insure
description of vehicle.

Do you need their address and licence number?

the more info the better.
take the license number as people sometimes give a false name.
a handy hint is to keep a disposable camera in the glove box in case you do crash.
photo everything.
the driver, the number plates, the car, the location, the damage, the time, anything that may have caused the crash, passengers, their license, their rego sticker etc etc.
