Hey guys
A friends dad had an 2002 AUIII XR6 VCT with the following features: -90,000K's -Auto -17" rims -Rebel body kit? (the one with the little bits of mesh in the rear bar) -Blueprint? (the light blue color) -Tinted Windows -Premium audio -Only owner -cloth interior -driven mostly by his wife to and from work he said he is considering selling it so I just wondered how much a reasonable price offer would be for it? as I am thinking of buying it cheers Daniel

How much do you think it's worth?I nearly bought my previous XR6 again around 12 months ago - it was a 1998 VCT with 160,000km on the clock, and went for $12k at a dealers. I'd say a 2002 AU XR6 VCT would be worth around that, maybe as high as $15k.
Check out the usual sites like carsales, redbook etc to get an idea on rough values.

I think $15k may be a stretch personally
I would have thought $11-$13k |

Ok thanks guys, yeah i was thinking around $13-$15K
The ones on car sales are around $10-$13K (with a ridiculous one for $16,850!) Hmmm now should i wait for a price from him or offer an amount?! Always the tricky question!

k's are nice and low, pity its not a manual. Regardless of options a AU3 XR6 should be anymore than 10-12k IMO. BA's are 14-16

Ok thanks guys
It's kind of hard because he knows its "worth" more than that because its in such good condition but at the same time i don't want to pay too much for it!
