Private Track Day invite 18/04/10

Prefer old school, but all more than welcome.

Dear all If you can all fill out the below form as well as read the original rules second link that would be great. Please return the filled out form with money. This will ensure that I have all your details and will firm up your spot. If you have any issues downloading it and printing it I will have some Hard copies with me at the Next club meeting. I also aim to visit Harrys this Saturday night from around 7pm so you can meet up there and pay etc in person. I dont have direct deposit facility yet as we dont have online access and cant check who has paid in time. if you wish to mail in your entry do so to the club PO box @ Wetherill park. Make all cheques and money orders out to the Falcon GT owners Club of NSW Inc. We will not Bank them until we get the numbers by 31 march. if the day falls through before the cutoff day all monies will be returned to you.

Cost is $200 pretty cheap on it's own, but this is what you get, with chance of trophy etc.

$200= 1 x competitor, 2 x crew, 3 x spectator, about $33.33ea

You are more than welcome to attend. I think "press" passes are sorted seperately, although if you took a full ticket, nothing stopping you going that way?

I don't have the info here at moment but I think the event is covered with both still and video. Possibly going to be covered by a TV car show.

So far have about 18 old school paid up, have quite a few in the mail, mailbox will be cleared money, so should end up with about 50/50 split old/new.

Can't wait.

already have a media pass and good connections to some prominent magazines, so will get some coverage.....make sure they sparkle for me

Dear all Fastest way to get a spot is to download the form and FAX it back to me on 1300 766 808. You can either put your credit card details on the bottom of it allow $5 extra total $205 or you can do a direct deposit to my Bank account and I can hand the money to the club on your behalf. The preferred method is by cheque and Post but this may cause you a delay as the box is only cleared monthly and the next day for it to be cleared is on Monday. After that it will be after the March 31 cutoff date.
