There are cars on that list from just about every manufacturer, and there is certainly no shortage of Fords. I don't see any reason why Korean Holdens should be singled out as being worse than any other make or model.

yeah because putting a Holden badge on a Daewoo is going to magically make it a decent car

Want to see a REAL bad engine, check out the Kia Carnival 1998-2002, over 70% of all the Rover 2.7L V6s have failed, some with as little as 5000klm on them

I know this because my Sister has one with a clagged motor, 120,000klms on the speedo but it's not the original engine. and there are NO second hand engines anywhere to be found and if you do find one be prepared to pay big for it. New motors are $5000 but who would outlay that for an engine with a very limited life expectancy

What I find interesting is that no one has come up with a transplant kit for fitting a Magna, Camry or similar V6 into these vans. surely there would be a big market for one. Fitting a Connonbore V6 isn't a real option due to the van being FWD with a transverse engine and it needing a compact "V"(around 60deg) engine to fit in the space
