i woke up at 4am to march, but having issues walking atm so didnt march this year.
feeling bit bad about it

Today, more than any other day of the year, it's the thought that counts! Don't stress HG.

I remember them every day. I worked night shift, so coulldn't make the Dawn Service. Just got back from the morning march.

I know your thoughts are in the right place. If the mind is strong, and yet the body weak, that is better than the other way around!

anzac day is a day of emotion here, not just due to the rememberance day aspect for passed family extended & immediate on both sides.

its also my birthday, and when my dad was suffering at the end he refused to die on my birthday, and passed at 12:30 am on the 26th. Always feel guilty, like I prolonged his pain when he could have gone.
