Default Hi Stall Vibrations

hey just a quick one, has anyone had any issues with their hi stalls of change over converters vibrating, my engine is fully balanced and with old converter it never vibrated, no with the new one which is meant to be balanced it seems to vib at about 4000 through to 6500. can turning the converter 180degress help this problem or is it just out of balance all together.

Has to be its the only thing i have changed and it neva did it before with old conv. tailshaft is in orig spot, its doesn't vibe at 100k or anything just once you rev it up past 4, the only other thing i noticed is that i could reach 95km/h in 1gear at 6400 and now i can only reach about 80-85 at 6400 but vibes are only light but any vibe is bad .

Make sure the flywheel bolts are in properly. If they are then your converter has not been made properly. They are supposed to balance them when the reweld them back together.

definanty in properly cause i put locktite and marked the first one and went around twice. never came loose when i put new engine in still tight as when i put them in. so its got me stuffed. do you think it would help to undo the bolts and then rotate the convertor 180deg to see if it helps.
