Default Has E-Gas been released on additional BF models?

I was of the understanding that from this month the E-Gas engine would be available as an option on more BF models. Inspection of the Ford Australia web-site revealed that the E-Gas engine is available on the following models:

Falcon XT sedan
Falcon XT wagon
Falcon Futura sedan
Falcon Futura wagon
Fairmont sedan

I thought the Falcon XR6 would also have the E-gas engine available as an option.

FF

Yep, no XR6, but you can get it on the SR, so its not all bad, you couldnt get it on the Fairmont before, so thats a plus.

I think it has something to do with the fact that e-gas doesnt work with Traction control and Ford doesnt seem to want to match up the ZF 6 speeder with gas.

The advent and consistent use of injected Gas will eliminate the traction control issues. So, the current models i believe are a "for the time being" until Ford establish the injected system and get the ECU to mate with the ZF box.

You can also get LPG on the XR6 ute, but not the sedan. That would be due to the 6 speed auto not being compatable, even though the 4 speed is still available on XR6.
