I would've said 12ish, but according to the red book:
2000 Ford Falcon
AUII S Sedan 4dr Man 5sp 4.0i
Prices based on km 90,000-150,000
Trade in price guide* $5,700-$6,900
National average price - private sale $7,600-$10,000
Price when new (RRP) $34,625

id say with the right amount of work (advertising and cleaning the car) you could prob push $12-14k should.

please dont sell for something like $6k though its hard enough trying to decide whether its worth keeping mine...

I reckon you'd get around 10,500-11,500 because its manual and they're so rare. KM's are fairly low, mines a 2000 build with 96,000. Aim for that i'd say.

yeah around the 10k mark i'd imagine.

Kays are fairly good. mine is a 10/2000 with 115 000 kays, and my mums is a 10/2001 with almost 140 000.

give it a good clean etc and you should be right.

My fairy only cost $9k so for a manual with lower k's I would set the price at $11k and expect less than $10k

It would be cheaper just to throw an XR front end on your S. Not much difference berwteen the S and the XR6 HP anyway - nothing that can't be fixed by edit, exhaust and diff changes, anyway.

If you're looking for an XR6 keep the S!! They're not much better.. they haven't really got a great deal over the forte imo.

It's just the badge really.. But if you are looking to sell, I might be interested in your XR6 Wheels. Preferably only two of them. Cheers

How hard is it to put an XR6 front on a standard AU?

Any idea on a second hand price?
