Talking Change of direction thanks to Simmons wheels

Some may know me, many wont as over the past year or longer i havent had much to do with the E-Series as ive been doing other projects, in particular a 351 XE.

Well last week i bit the bullet and bought the Simmons FR17's of Craig (bearman) on ebay. There was a few questions as to whether these would fit and i was worried too, and a few members wanted pics so here they are! I chucked em on the xr6 and im in love. Since chucking these on ive decided e series all the way as i love this car too much and these wheels have made me fall even more in love! so here are a few pics to those interested, look forward to attending a cruise sometime soon! cheers

Shannon.

btw 255's on the back no problem, mudflaps are leaving for the sprint bodykit newly sourced and currently being painted ;) : Oh and anyone keen for a set of 17" gladiators with good tyres?

Gees don't the back ones look PHAT AS.
What tyres are on the rear? I can see the fronts have falkens on them, but the back look like some sort of drag type tyre with a really wide tread pattern on em.

I reckon the Simmons look great on e-series. Most old-school wheels look plain wrong on e-series, but the Simmons give it a really tough look

i love simmons. you can tell them apart from every other rim. if i could afford them i would get a set of FR19's painted either gold or the same colour as my car with the silver lip.
